Co-Founder of Bridges Mental Health

I am a proud co-founder of Bridges Mental Health, an organization in the greater New York City area dedicated to stigma-free mental health support for Asian, Pacific Islander, and South Asian American (APISA) communities.

Our why

Why We Started Bridges

We recognized a significant need within our community for culturally responsive mental health care. Many APISA individuals have shared how hard it is to find a therapist who understands their cultural background and experience. That is why we established Bridges Mental Health: to bridge that gap and make quality mental wellness resources accessible.

The Bridges team, three Asian-identified therapists, is passionate about creating a safe and affirming space for the APISA community to discuss, navigate, and access mental health care. You can meet all three of us on the Bridges founding team page.

What we do

What Bridges Offers

Bridges and My Practice

The questions that drive Bridges, who gets to feel understood in therapy, and what culturally-attuned care really looks like, are the same ones at the heart of my own practice. Join us as we break down barriers and promote mental wellness for all.
